Brenzone, [27/08/2023] – The Asso99 2023 Euro Cup ends with a mix of emotion and satisfaction, an event that featured exceptional boats against the picturesque backdrop of Lake Garda. The trials provided hard-fought starts and an unrivaled competitive atmosphere, with each crew fighting tenaciously for every single point in the standings.
This year, the level of competition has reached extraordinary heights, highlighting the commitment and dedication of the crews. Each regatta was a challenge, a head-to-head which demonstrated the passion and skill of the participants.
At the end of the battles on the water, the first classified was Ivano Brighenti's ITA 113, which reached an equal number of points with the second classified ITA 105 of Pierluigi Omboni. The podium was completed by the Hungarian crew HUN 139 Zoltan Nyari Zsolt, who took the bronze medal. For the Italian title, third position was taken by ITA 159 by Parisi Pietro.
The Asso99 2023 Euro Cup hosted an extraordinary international participation, with 23 crews coming not only from Italy, but also from Germany and Hungary. This exceptional turnout is a clear sign of the success and renewed interest in the Asso99 class.
Looking to the future, it is with great enthusiasm that we announce that in 2024 the Asso99 European Championship will be held in Hungary, on the suggestive Lake Balaton. This event promises to continue the tradition of excellence and to carry forward the spirit of friendly competition that distinguishes the Asso99 class.
